Make Fruit Fair

This was a large coalition of over 20 partners throughout Europe and in banana producing countries asking for decent working conditions and fair supply chains in the citrus fruit industry. DP Evaluation was involved from before the start of the project and throughout its three years, setting up the monitoring tools and systems, training staff on the job, carrying out a mid-term review and the final evaluation. An incredibly rewarding project - as by being involved throughout we had a chance to optimise complex monitoring mechnisms and work in the most cost-effective way. MFF showcases the successful use of our Living Logframe and the Oxfam International Campaign Coordinator, Mirjam Haegele, said: "It was very good to have the Living Logframe for reporting purposes, especially given the responsibility that we carry as lead partner.”
