mission
We believe passionately in the importance of evaluation. After all, if you don’t know how you are doing, how can you be sure that you are doing your best, that your work is relevant and needed and how can you be accountable to your donors, beneficiaries, supporters and staff? Our mission is to add value to your work thereby contributing to making the world a better place.
We do this through final project evaluations, strategic reviews, or best of all through integrating monitoring and evaluation into your project management cycle of planning, implementing, measuring and assessing, learning and adapting. With our extensive toolbox to choose from and tons of experience we can tailor an appropriate package of methods and systems to meet your needs and budget.
partnership
Alasdhair and Dörte have worked collaboratively for 15 years. Between us we have over 45 years experience of working in the voluntary and private sectors covering project management and consultancy roles for a wide range of actors: funders, grassroots charities and large international NGOs. We have very complementary skills and maximise our respective inputs for each project at each phase.

For larger projects we draw on our extensive network of professionals to build the right team for the job.
